I later expanded into global executive training, designing performance programs for senior leaders across multiple industries. Stepping into full operational leadership with complete P & L accountability allowed me to integrate those disciplines across the entire club ecosystem, aligning pricing architecture, product mix, asset utilization, capital planning, leadership structure, and culture under one cohesive growth strategy.
